Perkembangan kemajuan teknologi telah melahirkan berbagai macam inovasi dalam kehidupan manusia. Hadirnya transportasi online Go-Jek merupakan dampak dari kemjauan teknologi. Go-Jek telah melahirkan banyak manfaat yang mempermudah aktivitas masyarakat. Mahasiswa merupakan salah satu pengguna aktif transportasi online Go-Jek. Meskipun begitu, kehadiran Go-Jek menimbulkan penolakan, terutama bagi kalangan pengemudi ojek konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pandangan mahasiswa FISIP Unsoed terhadap keberadaan transportasi online Go-Jek di Purwokerto dan sikap terhadap konflik yang terjadi antara ojek online dengan ojek konvensional. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di FISIP Unsoed, Purwokerto Utara. Sasaran penelitiannya mahasiswa FISIP Unsoed pengguna aktif transportasi online Go-Jek. Teknik penentuan informan yang digunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif. Validasi data menggunakan teknik triangulasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukan, mahasiswa FISIP memandang keberadaan Go-Jek memberikan
banyak manfaat bagi mahasiswa. Manfaat tersebut diantaranya Go-Jek lebih praktis, efektif,
dan efisien. Sementara itu, ada sebagian sikap mahasiwa FISIP dalam memandang konflik yang terjadi antara ojek konvensional dengan ojek online yakni sikap konformis dan sikap problem solving. Sikap konformis menyatakan bahwa konflik adalah sesuatu hal yang biasa dan harus diterima. Sementara itu, sikap problem solving menyatakan bahwa konflik harus segera diselesaikan melalui solusi-solusi tertentu. Saran yang diberikan mahasiswa diantaranya menyarankan agar pengemudi ojek konvenisonal beralih menjadi ojek online serta menyarankan agar pemerintah lebih peduli pada nasib pengemudi ojek konvenisonal yang tersisih akibat kemajuan teknologi.

SUMMARY
The development of technological advances has given rise to various kinds of innovations in
human life. The presence of online transportation “Go-Jek” is an impact of technological advances. Go-Jek has given many benefits that facilitate community activities. Students are one of the active users of online transportation “Go-Jek”. Even so, the presence of Go-Jek caused rejection, especially for conventional ojek’s drivers. This study aims to determine the views of FISIP Unsoed students on the existence of online transportation “Go-Jek” in Purwokerto and attitudes towards conflicts that occured between ojek online and ojek conventional.
The study used qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. This research was conducted at FISIP Unsoed, North Purwokerto. This research targeted to FISIP Unsoed students who are active users of online transportation “Go-Jek”. The technique of determining informants used was purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The technique of collecting data uses in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative. Data validation uses triangulation techniques. The results showed that FISIP students viewed the existence of Go-Jek as providing many
benefits for students. Some benefits of Go-Jek are more practical, effective and efficient. Meanwhile, there are some FISIP student attitudes in looking at the conflicts that occured between conventional ojek’s drivers and online ojek’s drivers, namely conformist attitudes and problem solving attitudes. The conformist attitude states that conflict is something normal and must be accepted. Meanwhile, the problem solving attitude states that conflict must be resolved immediately through certain solutions.
Suggestions given by students include suggesting that conventional ojek’s drivers turn to online ojek’s drivers and suggest that the government care more about the fate of conventional ojek’s drivers who are excluded due to technological advances.
