Pedagang sayur keliling merupakan suatu usaha kegiatan dagang eceran dan biasanya dilakukan dengan cara berkeliling. Satu hal yang luput dari perhatian adalah pentingnya mengetahui etika berdagang yang dapat mempererat hubungan sosial berupa keteraturan dalam dunia dagang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Karangreja Kecamatan Cimanggu Kabupaten Cilacap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan relasi komunikasi dan etika berdagang yang dilakukakan pedagang sayur keliling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Sasaran utama
dalam penelitian ini adalah pedagang sayur keliling asli daerah setempat dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan analisis data interaktif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari tujuh informan pedagang sayur keliling di Desa Karangreja mengatakan kegiatan dalam mempertahankan hubungan mereka, diantaranya membangun relasi komunikasi interpersonal yaitu saling tatap muka seperti melakukan transaksi barter, bahasa komunikasi yang digunakan sehari-hari yaitu bahasa jawa dan sunda, dan interaksi simbolis seperti simbol menganggukan kepala maupun perkataan. Permasalahan yang terjadi antar pedagang sayur diantaranya menyangkut penentuan harga barang, lokasi yang sama, dan perebutan konsumen. Pedagang sayur keliling yang berselisih, menurut mereka cara mengurangi ketegangan diantaranya berkomunikasi interpersonal antarpedagang sampai titik kesepakatan yang telah dicapai. Etika dagang yang dilakukan antarpedagang sayur keliling yaitu saling sopan, sapa, salam, senyum, santun, saling berkompetisi secara sehat, dan saling kesepakatan antarpedagang sayur keliling. Keunikan di
Desa karangreja, dari hasil penelitian etika dagang penjual terhadap pembeli yaitu menciptakan kedekatan (proksimitas), dan saling menghormati orang lain.
Implikasi penelitian ini yaitu dengan memahami relasi komunikasi yang dibangun antarpedagang menghasilkan hubungan harmonis diantara penjual, maka penting menjalin interaksi antarpedagang agar dapat mempertahankan hubungan yang lebih baik serta dapat meminimalisir ketegangan sosial. Tahapan selanjutnya etika dagang yang bisa diterima dimasyarakat dengan menyadari tingkah laku yang baik antarpedagang.

SUMMARY
Mobile vegetable traders are retail business activities and are usually carried out by traveling around. One thing that escapes attention is the importance of knowing trade ethics that can strengthen social relations in the form of order in the trading world. This research was conducted in Karangreja Village, Cimanggu District, Cilacap Regency. This study aims to describe communication relations and trade ethics carried out by mobile vegetable traders. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. The main target in this study was the local vegetable traders from the local area using purposive sampling. The method of data collection in this study used interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis in research uses
interactive data analysis.
The results of this study indicate that from seven vegetable sellers informants in Karangreja Village said the activities in maintaining their relationship, including building interpersonal communication relations, namely face to face such as conducting barter transactions, communication languages that are used daily, namely Javanese and Sundanese languages, and symbolic interactions like the symbol of nodding and words. The problems that occur between vegetable traders include the determination of the price of goods, the same location, and the struggle for consumers. Mobile vegetable traders who are at loggerheads, according to them how to reduce tensions include interpersonal communication between traders to the point of agreement that has been reached. The trade ethics carried out by traveling vegetable traders are polite, greeting, greeting, smiling, polite, competing in a healthy manner, and mutual agreement between mobile vegetable traders. The uniqueness in Karangreja Village, from the results of research on seller's trade ethics towards buyers, is creating closeness (proximitas), and mutual respect for others.
The implication of this research is that understanding the communication relations built between traders produces a harmonious relationship between sellers, so it is important to establish interactions between traders in order to maintain better relationships and minimize social tensions. The next stage of trade ethics can be accepted in the community by realizing good behavior between traders.
